Description
Calibrating your network analyzer is crucial for high-accuracy measurements. However, many of today's devices make calibration challenging, especially if you are relying on mechanical calibration kits and traditional calibration methodologies. In-fixture and on-wafer environments are more common than ever, many devices have more than two-ports, and the frequency range required for testing has extended well into the millimeter bands.
