Agilent Technologies announces first complete PSP Model Extraction Package

The PSP Model Extraction Package is the first complete extraction package supporting the Compact Modeling Councils (CMC) PSP model for advanced CMOS device modeling. The extraction package was verified with data from leading CMOS foundries.
