Agilent Technologies' BSIM3 Model Extraction Package for CMOS Modeling Foundries Now Available

The following product photos are available for use by the media, based on the Agilent Photography Use Policy.

The BSIM3 model extraction package contains many new data display capabilities. For example, the new Multiplot Studio in the package allows users to define an extraction step that includes several plots and optimizer commands. The user can select the region used for the optimization and monitor the RMS error.
