Multiplicom Workshops

Helping you improve your NGS diagnostics

Keeping up with the rapid evolutions in Next-Generation sequencing presents your laboratory with many exciting opportunities as well as practical challenges. We are always there for you, every step of the way; from the initial set-up and validation of your laboratory workflow to the continuous optimization of your processes and results.

Getting you started

We make sure you get off to a good start with our tests. We offer you proof-of-principle from our own European wet lab, train your collaborators and give you all the support you need to implement our tests in your laboratory. We do not stop until everything is running smoothly. We can also help you select the right equipment and optimize your workflow. While you are setting up your laboratory, we can already start performing the first tests in our wet lab facility.

Experts at your service

Our experts are always available to answer your questions by phone or by email. Our Field Application Specialists help you overcome challenges at your site, train your staff—both on-site and at our facilities —and advise you on how to improve your performance. They not only know our products inside out, they also have an in-depth knowledge of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and they understand how you work. They also have a direct link with our R&D department, so that your questions and needs are continuously fed into our product innovations.

Optimizing your performance

We take pride in helping your laboratory to perform the best it can, as if it was our own. Our experts are always available to help you optimize your processes. Thanks to our Reporter software, you can monitor performance and quality of the tests. In case of capacity shortage, you can even temporarily outsource part of your testing to our MASTR Facility lab.

If you are a First time customer, please contact Multiplicom’s representative in your area to agree on the terms and conditions of your custom Multiplicom Services agreement.

A fully equipped facility lab at your disposal

Multiplicom offers its own, fully equipped test lab for NGS molecular diagnostics. Our wet lab facility not only enables you to accelerate the initial set-up and offering, it also offers first-hand knowledge and advice for your daily operations. Our lab has been operational since 2015 and ISO17025 accredited by Belac (603-TEST) for Clarigo and BRCA MASTR Plus Dx testing since 2017. For details see accreditation scope.
