ICP-MS Arsenic Speciation Kit

Agilent has developed the arsenic speciation kit for LC-ICP-MS for quick, accurate assessment of arsenic toxicity. The kit links Agilent LC to the Agilent ICP-MS systems, and enables analysis of individual arsenic species. A validated analytical method is included, together with a speciation column for arsenic speciation in either drinking water or urine.

A complete, proven speciation solution with the ability to analyze low concentrations of potentially harmful arsenic species in water samples or urine, as required by current legislation.
A fast and efficient analysis method that separates and quantifies all the common inorganic and organic arsenic species in just 10 minutes.
Excellent peak separation from the optimized chromatographic method, and high matrix tolerance provided by the robust plasma of the Agilent ICP-MS systems.
The standard helium mode of the Agilent ICP-MS systems reliably removes the ArCl interference on As, caused by the high concentrations of chloride that may be present in urine and some water samples.
For a fully integrated LC-ICP-MS configuration, the As speciation kit should be used with ICP-MS MassHunter software, enabling full LC control, integrated sequencing, and real-time data analysis with QC.
