Mike McMullen is president of Agilent’s Chemical Analysis Group (CAG), with responsibilities for chemical analysis market orders for all CAG products, as well as profit and product development responsibility for gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and regional products.
McMullen also oversees the agricultural biotechnology (AgBio) program for CAG. He joined Hewlett-Packard Company in 1984 as a financial analyst and has held several management and senior management positions over the past 19 years. Prior to assuming his current position, McMullen lived in Japan where he worked at Agilent's joint venture, Yokogawa Analytical Systems. His various assignments while in Japan included entity controller; Japan country manager; and Japan, China and Korea manager for CAS. He played a key role in integrating the Japan team with the Asia Pacific field operations and the Chemical Analysis Group.
McMullen holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Wharton Business School.

Nick Roelofs is president of Agilent’s Life Sciences Group. His organization provides solutions for the life science markets which include genomics, proteomics, research and disease understanding, and pharmaceutical drug discovery and development/QA/QC. He has product development responsibility for liquid chromatographs, capillary electrophoresis, microfluidics, and mass spectrometry.
Roelofs joined Agilent from Bio-Rad where he was Group Operations Officer of the protein separations and analysis, genomics, and food science business. Prior to Bio-Rad, Nick was the Chief Operating Officer at Stratagene. He brings 19 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Diagnostics industry where he has held several roles in R&D, business development, and business management.
Roelofs holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Nevada and an MS in Organic Chemistry from the University of Iowa.

Lon Justice is vice president and general manager of the worldwide sales and support organization for Agilent’s Chemical Analysis Group (CAG). His organization is responsible for developing and managing all sales and support channels, direct and indirect that link CAG’s products and services with its customers.
Justice worked as a chemist in environmental research before joining Hewlett-Packard Company in 1984 as a sales specialist in mass spectrometry. Since then, he has held several management positions in sales, marketing and business development. Justice was the senior marketing manager at Agilent's previous Chemical Solutions Business Unit and in 2001 he became general manager for the Americas field operations. He was named to his current assignment in August 2004.
Justice received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Ashland University and an MBA from the University of Akron, both universities located in Ohio.
