Marie Oh Huber is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Agilent Technologies. She is responsible for supervising the company’s global legal function including intellectual property law, corporate governance and securities law, mergers and acquisition support, commercial law, litigation support, employment law and legal compliance matters. She also has responsibility for customer contracts and corporate relations, which includes external and internal communications, government affairs, philanthropy and the country leadership program.
Huber was previously vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary of Agilent, overseeing a team responsible for advising the board of directors and management team on issues including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law, executive compensation and benefits, real estate, environmental and stock plan administration matters. Prior to joining Agilent, she spent 10 years with Hewlett-Packard as an M&A and securities lawyer and practiced at large law firms in New York and San Francisco.
Huber serves on the board of the American Leadership Forum -- Silicon Valley.
Huber received her B.A. from Yale in Economics, studied at the London School of Economics and earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
