Solange Glaize

Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

Solange Glaize is Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Agilent Technologies.   She is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions for Agilent.

Glaize joined Hewlett-Packard in 1988 and, since then, has held various finance management positions in Europe and the United States. When Agilent was spun off from HP in 1999, Glaize served as director of European Financial Services, in Brussels Belgium, later transferring to the San Francisco Bay area as business administration manager for the former Semiconductor Products Group.  Glaize then moved to Agilent’s bio-analytical businesses, first as worldwide order fulfillment controller, and then as Life Sciences Solution Unit controller before becoming the Life Sciences Group (LSG) operational CFO in 2009. From June 2011 until March 2012, she also headed LSG’s business development organization.

Glaize holds a Master of Science in Management degree from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.
